Step 1

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, salt, oil, and yogurt. Add water little by little to make a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 1-2 hours.

Step 2

Mash boiled potatoes and mix them with chopped onions, green chilies, coriander, and spices for its delicious filling.

Step 3

Take a small ball of dough, roll it slightly, place the stuffing in the center, and seal the edges. Gently roll it into a thick, round shape.

Step 4

Heat a tawa or pan. Place the kulcha on it and cook until golden brown. Flip it to cook both sides evenly.

Step 5

Once cooked, brush the kulcha with butter or ghee for extra flavor and crispyness
