Heat some ghee in a pan and fry some nuts until they are golden.
Add grated beetroot and coconut to the pan and mix well. Stir constantly for 5 minutes until the raw smell of the beetroot fades away.
Add some sugar and continue mixing so that the sugar melts and the mixture thickens.
Keep stirring until the mixture begins to pull away from the sides of the pan.
Add cardamom powder and mix properly.
Put the mixture into a greased tray and spread it evenly.
Let it set, then cut into small squares. Serve and enjoy!
