Take a scoop of butter or 2 tablespoons of oil and heat it on medium flame in a cooking utensil.
Chop onions & saute them for 5-7 minutes until they turn transparent.
Add Corn kernels to the saute onions and cook for 2 more minutes.
After that add vegetable broth, boil it, and cook it for another 10-15 minutes on sim gas.
For a smooth consistency or consistency of your choice blend the soup.
Make the soup creamy by stirring it in cream or milk, and then add seasonings of your choice for enhanced flavor.
Garnish the soup with coriander & corn, and serve it with breadsticks.
