Start off by adding half cup of oats and half cup of water in a jar.
Then add two spoons of raw sugar or jaggery for sweetening.
You can also use yogurt, almond milk, or lite coconut milk instead of water.
Add chia seeds for extra crunch, then cover the mixture and refrigerate overnight.
By next morning both oats and chia seeds would have absorbed the water.
Now add fresh chopped fruits and nuts to make it a filling breakfast.
You can have your overnight oats in a jar itself or you can transfer it into a bowl.
