Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.

Warm olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add thinly sliced garlic and cook until golden and fragrant.

4.

Sprinkle chili flakes for a spicy kick.

5.

Drain pasta, reserve water, and mix with garlic oil.

6.

Add salt, pepper, and pasta water for desired consistency.

7.

Top with parsley, Parmesan (optional), and serve hot.
