You’ll need 1 cup of cooked rice, Beef or tofu, Carrots, spinach, mushrooms, zucchini, Fried egg, Gochujang (Korean chilli paste), Soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic.
Cook your rice in a rice cooker or on the stove until it’s fluffy.
Sauté each vegetable separately with a drizzle of sesame oil and garlic for added flavor.
Sauté beef with soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil until it’s fully cooked, or use tofu for a vegetarian option.
Mix 2 tbsp gochujang with 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, and a little sugar to balance the heat.
Add a generous serving of rice to a bowl, then neatly arrange the sautéed veggies, beef, and a fried egg on top.
Drizzle your homemade gochujang sauce over the top for that authentic Korean flavor.
