Quick and Healthy Banana Oats Pancake Recipe

Ingredients:

Bananas, eggs, oats, milk, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence, and baking powder.

Step 1

Peel and mash bananas in a mixing bowl. Add oats, eggs, cinnamon powder, vanilla essence, and baking powder.

Step 2

Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. Adjust the batter consistency by adding a little milk if needed.

Step 3

Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.

Step 4

Pour the batter onto the pan in small portions to form pancakes. Keep it even from all sides for easy flipping.

Step 5

Cook pancakes on medium heat until bubbles form on the surface. Flip gently and cook until golden brown.

Step 6

Stack pancakes on a plate and drizzle with honey and your favorite toppings like fresh fruits or nuts.
