Wash and dry 250 grams of fresh okra, then slice them into thin rounds.
In a bowl, combine 1 cup of semolina (rava), 2 tablespoons of rice flour, and spices.
Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric, and a pinch of garam masala to the rava mixture.
Add the sliced okra to the rava mixture and toss well until fully coated.
In a pan, heat enough oil for shallow frying over medium heat until hot.
Add the coated okra to the hot oil in batches and fry until golden.
Remove the crispy okra from the pan, drain excess oil, and serve hot with chutney.
