Hassanal Bolkiah, the Sultan of Brune, took to the throne in 1967 at the young age of 21.
Sultan of Brunei is the 29th heir of the Bolkiah family. And apart from being on the throne he serves as the Prime Minister, Foreign Minister and Defense Minister Of Brunei.
Hassanal Bolkiah is married three times. Firstly to Pengiran Anak Hajah Saleha in 1965 before he became a sultan. However, the other two marriages ended in divorce.
As per Forbes reports in 2009, Sultan wealth was estimated to be Rs 1.36 lakh crore.
As per the recent reports, the wealth of the Sultan has doubled over the years. The estimated fortune is considered to be Rs 2.88 lakh crore.
Having the fortune of lakh crore makes Sultan Hassanal as one of the richest men in the world.
As per reports, the primary source of the Sultan's wealth comes from Brunei’s abundant oil reserves and natural gas.

Sultan has an extraordinary collection of cars owning around 7000 cars including 600 Rolls-Royces, 300 Ferraris, 134 Koenigseggs.
