On National Pollution Prevention Day, Mamata Banerjee urges people to 'save green and stay clean'

KOLKATA: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has urged people to be sensitive to issues concerning the environment while advising them to 'save green and stay clean'.
The firebrand West Bengal leader gave this piece of advice to people on National Pollution Prevention Day which is observed on December 2 every year.
Banerjee further informed that her government has set up a committee to address environmental challenges in the state.
The Trinamool Congress took to Twitter to suggest people to "save green and stay clean".
