Two killed in West Bengal road accident

Kolkata: Two persons died while two others were injured in a road accident in West Bengal`s Malda district on Sunday, police said.

"Two persons have died in an accident as a bike crashed into a motor van near Panchumore crossing in Malda`s Baisnabnagar today morning," an officer from Baisnabnagar police station said.

"The rider of the bike and a woman passenger of the motor van died in the accident. Two other passengers of the van fell off and got injured," he said.

Police said the injured have been admitted to the Malda medical college for treatment.
