Priyanka Chopra in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Gustakhiyan' but what about Deepika Padukone?

New Delhi: B-Town is buzzing with a new rumour on the block. After swaying the West with her beauty and talent, Priyanka Chopra will soon sign her next Hindi film. A lot has been said and written about what is going to be next project.

According to dnaindia.com, there is a strong possibility that PeeCee might play the lead in maverick filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Gustakhiyan', a film based on the life and times of noted poet Sahir Ludhianvi and Amrita Pritam.

The project will reportedly kick off after SLB wraps up 'Padmavati'. Earlier, it was being said that Deepika Padukone will play the leading lady in this project with Irrfan Khan essaying the titular role.

However, recent reports now suggest that it is Priyanka who is the front runner for the project and not Deepika. No official word has been made by the filmmaker or the actress regarding the project as yet.
