The opening spell from Arshdeep Singh proved lethal as he exploited the conditions brilliantly that set the stage for a lethal spell. He claimed both Salt and Duckett during the field restrictions utilizing the movement and bounce of the surface. However, England captain Jos Buttler countered with an aggressive approach, particularly targeting Hardik Pandya's loose deliveries.
