New Delhi: The buzz around one of the most famous and now perhaps one of the most controversial shows 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' refuses to die. After Kapil's exit from the channel and Krushna Abhishek's entry—the fans have been divided.
Besides, this fan frenzy and audience response to the show new 'Comedy Nights LIVE', a latest report suggests that Sunil Grover, better known as Gutthi and Ali Asgar aka Dadi from the CNWK have been slapped with a legal notice by the channel.
According to TOI, a show starring Salman Khan and Jacqueline Fernandez called Da-Bang, also features Sunil and Ali, it will be held in Surat on February 19. Problem? Well, the report states that the organisers of the show did not take prior permission from the channel for making Sunil and Ali perform in their 'Gutthi and Dadi' avatar.
The legal notice states that Ali can't dress up as an old lady with grey hair and a jooda (a bun), while Sunil is also banned from wearing ribbons that his character Gutthi sported on CNWK. If they do so, it will call for copyright infringement.
