New Delhi: A cylinder blast on Tuesday (June 29, 2021) late night took four lives and injured one in Delhi's Shahdara.
The incident took place at a house in the Bhikam Singh Colony in Shahdara's Farsh Bazar area. As many as 9 fire tenders were rushed to the sport who brought the fire under control.
Delhi Fire Service Director Atul Garg informed that they received the call around 12:15 AM, following which they swung into action.
Five people were rescued from the house in Gali Number 16 and were taken to Dr Hedgewar Arogya Sansthan. While four succumbed to the injuries, one person received 25% burns.
