The counting of Madhya Pradesh polls has completed today. The counting were held in 19 rounds. In the final result BJP's Chetanya Kasyap defeated INC's Paras Dada.

In the Ratlam City Assembly Constituency of Madhya Pradesh, as of the 19th and final round of vote counting, Chetanya Kasyap "Bhaiyyaji" from the Bharatiya Janata Party has emerged victorious with 109,656 votes, securing a significant lead of 60,708 votes over Paras Dada of the Indian National Congress, who got 48,948 votes.

For the unversed, the Ratlam City Assembly constituency, part of the Ratlam district and one of Madhya Pradesh's 230 Legislative Assembly constituencies, observed voters participating on November 17, 2023. As per the Madhya Pradesh Election Commission, the state has a total of 5,61,36,229 voters, including 75,304 service voters, with a demographic distribution of 2,88,25,607 males, 2,72,33,945 females, and 1373 third-gender voters.

03:32 PM: BJP's Chetanya Kasyap won from Ratlam City with a vote margin of 60,708 votes defeating INC's Paras Dada.

01:48 PM : As of Round 12/19, Chetanya Kasyap of the BJP is leading with 50984 votes over Paras Dada of the Congress, who secured 27865 votes.

01:01 PM: Up to the 9th round of counting, Chetanya Kasyap (Bhaiyya Ji) bagged 62462 votes and Paras Dada of INC got 17192 votes. As a result, the BJP's candidate is leading with 45270 votes.

12:06 PM : Paras Dada of Congress is trailing from the Ratlam City constituency of MP. BJP fielded Chetanya Kasyap from the seat is leading from 24476 votes in 5th round.

10:52 AM Chetanya Kasyapfrom BJP leading while Congress' Paras Dada is trailing with 3086 votes.

Chetanya Kasyap, representing the BJP, emerged victorious in the 2018 elections with 91,986 votes in this constituency. Premlata Dave from the INC secured the runner-up position, trailing by a margin of 43,435 votes.
