Nagaland HSSLC (Class 12) Result 2016 to be declared soon

The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) will announce the Nagaland HSSLC (Class 12) result 2016 on Tuesday at 12 noon.

Kohima: The Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE) will announce the Nagaland HSSLC (Class 12) result 2016 on Tuesday at 12 noon.

The provisional result of the HSSLC Examination 2016 will be available on websites: nbsenagaland.com, nagaland.gov.in

With the declaration of the result, the desperate wait of over 14,000 students will be over who had appeared for the HSSLC exams.

NBSE HSSLC (class 12th) Board Exam was conducted on February 9 and ended on February 27, 2016.

Nagaland Board of School Education (NBSE), is primarily responsible for promotion and development of secondary education in Nagaland. It was established by an Act of the Nagaland Assembly legislative Assembly on November 15, 1973. It started functioning from 1st October, 1974.

The examination conducts HSSLC, Class 11 promotion exam, HSLC exam, Class 9 final examination and JEE exams.

Here's how students can check their results:

1. Visit nbsenagaland.com or nagaland.gov.in

2. Click on 'Class 12 Results'

3. Enter your roll number and date of birth in the respective fields.

4. Click on 'Submit'

5. Your result will be flashed on the screen.

6. Students can download the PDF files results and take a print out for further references.

The results can also be accessed by sending SMS to the numbers mentioned with the following key words:

-HSSLC (Class 12) Examination 2016

-SMS – NB12<space>ROLL NUMBER to 54242

-HSSLC (Class 12) Examination 2016

-SMS – RESULT<space>NBSE12<space> ROLL NUMBER to 58888

The results will also be available on the notice board of the Office.

The NBSE held its first High School Leaving Certificate Examination at 6 (six) centres, for 2008 (two thousand and eight) candidates.

The NBSE ( Amendment ) Act 1990 empowers the board to conduct the higher secondary school leaving certificate examination under the three streams- science, arts and commerce.
