Simran Singh Death: All You Need To Know About 25-Year-Old Freelance Radio Jockey

Simran Singh was a 25-year-old popular freelance radio jockey and Instagram influencer from Jammu and Kashmir, foundly known as 'Jammu ki Dhadkan', allegedly died by suicide at her Gurugram residence on December 26.

Simran Singh, a popular freelance radio jockey and Instagram Influencer allegedly committed suicide in her rented house in Sector 47 Gurugram police said on Thursday. Sunil Kumar, SHO of Sadar police station, said that they got information at around 9:30pm on Wednesday by a Simran's friend who was staying in the same house. A police team reached the spot and found the Simran's room locked from inside. The team broke open the door of the room and found her hanging, the SHO said. adding no suicide note was found from the spot. (With PTI Inputs). 

Her family, informed about the incident, revealed she had been upset for some time. The SHO stated that the body was handed over to the family after the postmortem, and an investigation is ongoing. (With PTI Inputs)

The popular influencer had a massive following of 682,000 on Instagram, with her reels often going viral on the platform. Simran Singh last posted a reel on December 13 on her social media handle. 

RJ Simran Singh met Jr. Bachchan during his film Ghoomer promotions, where she joined the entire cast for a fun Ghoomerang challenge.

RJ Simran Singh, aka 'Jammu Ki Dhadkan,' was also friends with popular Instagram influencers, including video creator Purav Jha, YouTuber and actor Harsh Beniwal, Mohit Chikkara, and others.
