New Delhi: As the highly-anticipated Test series against South Africa is just round the corner, Indian batsmen on Monday spent hours in nets to hone their skills.

Indian Test opener Murali Vijay, who is set to make a comeback in the upcoming series after nursing an injury which he suffered during the Sri Lanka tour, perfected his shots during a practice session of Team India at the PCA stadium, Mohali.

In a video posted by the BCCI on Twitter, Indian batting coach Sanjay Bangar can be seen helping the Chennai opener with throw downs.

Test skipper and main stay of Indian batting line-up Virat Kohli too did some batting practice in the net session. Kohli even shared a few tips with the local Punjab cricketers.
