Farmers take out tractor marches against agri laws prior to next round of talk
These marches were a "rehearsal" for their proposed January 26 "Kisan parade" to the national capital from different parts of Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh. The tractor marches started from four different points -- Singhu to Tikri Border, Tikri to Kundli, Ghazipur to Palwal and Rewasan to Palwal.

Govt willing to continue talks with genuine farm unions: Narendra Singh Tomar
Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar said the the Centre is willing to talk with genuine farm unions to find a solution. He also said that the MSP, at which the government commits to procure the produce from farmers, "will continue as it is". Narendra Singh Tomar was meeting with member of the Bharatiya Kisan Union from Uttar Pradesh.

Farmers protest: Delhi-UP border reopens after 12 days
Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar was also present during the meeting. The Punjab unit of Bhartiya Kisan Union (BKU) has threatened to close the Delhi-Jaipur Expressway on Sunday (December 13). A tussle occurred between the police and farmers on Yamuna Expressway and Agra-Aligarh highway in Khandauli, Uttar Pradesh.
