SC does not pass order on supply of power to Delhi

The Supreme Court on Monday did not pass any order on a plea of private discoms BSES Rajdhani Power Ltd and BSES Yamuna Power Ltd that there should not be any disruption in supply to them by the power generating PSU firms till their pleas on payment of arrears are decided.

HC adjourns to Sep 19 discoms' plea against CAG audit

The Delhi High Court Tuesday adjourned to September 19 a batch of petitions including appeals filed by three private discoms against the order of a single judge refusing to stay Delhi government's decision to have CAG audit of their accounts.
