SC dismisses special leave petition against RCOM on taxing of proceeds of FCCBs
A Supreme Court bench of Justice Kurian Joseph and Justice Rohinton Fali Nariman passed the order dismissing the I-T department`s SLP, in relation to taxing of the FCCB proceeds, interest and derivatives income or loss thereon.

Suzlon redeems USD 28.8 million FCCBs via internal accruals
Wind energy solutions provider Suzlon Group today said it fully redeemed USD 28.8 million (about Rs 192 crore) foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) through cash payout from internal accruals.
