Drugs ban: Partial relief from HC for Wockhardt,Glaxo & Griffon

Delhi High Court today stayed the the ban on some fixed dose combination (FDC) drugs of Glaxo SmithKline, Wockhardt and Laboratories Griffon but said action against their sale could be taken in the absence of valid sale and marketing licence.

SEBI fines Glaxo for delayed disclosure in Indian listed arm

Capital market watchdog SEBI Tuesday slapped a fine of Rs 25 lakh on Glaxo Group Ltd, a promoter entity of drug maker Glaxo Smithkline Pharmaceuticals, for failing to make timely disclosures about its aggregate shareholding to the company and the stock exchanges.
