The ISRO has said that it is working with the Department of Space (DoS) on SEED, a formal system to support start-ups and micro, small and medium industries (MSMEs) in innovation, research & product development. Sivan terms successful launch of PSLV's 50th mission as 'important milestone'

After the launch, he asserted that the launch was an achievement of an important milestone in the history of PSLV. Releasing a book titled ‘PSLV@ 50’ on this occasion, Sivan said, "Today we achieved an important milestone in the history of PSLV by successfully launching its 50th mission.

Our own orbiter had located lander earlier: Sivan after NASA releases images

On its website, a statement was issued by the space agency on September 10, 2019, stating, "Vikram lander has been located by the orbiter of Chandrayaan-2, but no communication with it yet. All possible efforts are being made to establish communication with the lander."
