Veteran music director-composer Mohammed Zahur Khayyam Hashmi, admired for composing music for films like 'Kabhie Kabhie' and 'Umrao Jaan,' died on Monday night in Mumbai. He breathed his last at Sujoy Hospital in Juhu, Mumbai at 9.30 pm due to age-related illness. He was admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of Sujoy Hospital since the last few days.
