Odisha relaxes night curfew by an hour, allows Saraswati Puja in schools

The night curfew will be in force in urban areas from 10 pm to 5 am. Saraswati Puja will be allowed in temples without the participation of devotees. No community Saraswati Pujas will be allowed, and large congregations at river banks, ghats, ponds and beaches.

Odisha government to reopen colleges, universities from Monday

Staff and students residing in the containment zones shall not come to university and college. Social distancing shall be adopted in classrooms, libraries, laboratories etc. Crowded classes can be divided into batches and teaching hours in a day can be extended.
