SBI hikes interest rates on FDs by up to 10 basis points

SBI increased interest rates on fixed deposit by up to 10 basis points or 0.10 per cent. The interest rate is applicable on FDs below Rs 2 crore. The new rate is effective from January 15, 2022.

Therefore, the State Bank of India has asked its customers to take control of its access to their account and not share personal details like Password/OTP/CVV/Card Number, etc. The bank would never ask for these details over the phone, SMS or mail.
