The labour department of Karnataka, on the complaint of a former employee of I P Infusion Software India Private Limited in Mahadevapura, has taken action against the HR Manager of the company for sexually harassing the complainant and imposed a monthly penalty of Rs 50,000 for five years on sexual harassment.
