Bodies of nine persons have been recovered from under the rubbles of twin-building collapse in Greater Noida on the outskirts of the national capital. The death toll is expected to rise. The rescue operations are still underway in the Shahberi village under Bisrakh police station where the crash took place late on Tuesday, an official said. A six-floor under-construction building crashed on a five-storeyed building next to it, bringing it down as well. At least 12 labourers were in the under-construction building when the mishap took place. According to locals, at least 20 persons are still feared trapped inside. (Photo: PTI)
